This page sets out what details we take in, how we make use of them, and where they travel once you visit our store, place an order, or reach out to us.
What We Take In
Loading our store quietly logs a few technical details about your device: your IP address, the browser you're on, and the pages you look through. We refer to these as "Device Information".
Placing an order, or starting one, adds a few more details to that: your name, your billing and delivery address, your payment details, your email, and your phone number. We refer to these as "Order Information".
How We Use It
Order Information is what carries an order through — settling payment, sending the parcel out, drawing up invoices and confirmations, writing back to you, catching anything fraudulent, and passing on news or offers about our products and services.
Where It Travels
Meeting those ends means handing your details to a short list of outside providers. Shopify runs the technical side of the store, and Google Analytics gives us a read on how visitors move through the site.
Cookies
Cookies and similar tracking tools run across our website, following activity within the service and holding onto certain details. Your browser settings leave the choice with you: turn every cookie away, or draw a warning each time one loads.
Your Rights
Settled in Europe or California, you may ask to see the details we hold on you, and ask us to correct, refresh, or remove them. The contact details below carry that request forward.
How Long We Keep It
Order Information from a purchase stays on file as our record of the sale, right through until you ask us to remove it.
Changes
This page draws a reworking here and there, whether our practices shift or operational, legal, or regulatory demands call for it.
Contact
Any question or complaint touching privacy travels to the address set out on our contact page.
